UIC helps in purchasing, installing, protecting, using and troubleshooting for machines which run on Windows and Linux platforms. Seasoned technical support professionals are available in our help centre. The technical support is provided in-person, online or through phone.

The Desktop Support service include software support, consulting services, trouble-shooting services, desktop administration, printing, safe computing (virus protection and security) and Licensed software (Mathematical, statistical and scientific) installations.
