Naan Mudhalvan Scheme
Naan Mudhalvan scheme has been successfully implemented during Year of 2022 at Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli., for Government Autonomous, Government Non-Autonomous, Government-Aided Non-Autonomous, and Self-Financing Non-Autonomous colleges. The Students from the colleges are boarded to the Naan Mudhalvan Platform. In order to ensure successful implementation, Bharathidasan University Naan Mudhalvan Operational Cell Director and Eight District Coordinators were appointed by the Registrar of Bharathidasan University. In addition Single Point of Contact (SPOC) has been appointed at various colleges affiliated to Bharathidasan University.
Since from the implementation of Naan Mudhalvan program as per the recommendation of TANSCHE and Tamil Nadu skill Development corporation, We offered 42 skill development courses for various discipline respectively for Odd and Even semesters, We have conducted 4 phase of faculty development Program (FDP) each phase has average of 10 courses, From this FDP program we trained 5,353 faculties from different discipline. Through Naan Mudhalvan Program 2, 13,946 students were benefitted and 13,444 students were got placement offer and 6,368 students were placed.

One day state-wide conference on Naan Mudhalvan Initiatives with college Chairperson/ Correspondent/ Secretary and Principals for Trichy region on 4th September 2024.
As per the direction of the Department of Higher Education and Managing Director, Tamil Nadu skill Development Corporation, Chennai. Bharathidasan University organised one–day state wide conference for Trichy region on 4th September 2024. The conference received representatives from 164 Arts and Science colleges, 45 Government and Private Engineering colleges, and 56 Polytechnic colleges from the districts including Tiruchirappalli, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Karur, Pudukottai, Nagapattinam, Ariyalur, Perambalur, Mayiladuthurai, Viluppuram, Cuddalore, and Kallakurichi
This meeting presided by Mrs. J. Innocent Divya, Managing Director of TNSDC, in the presence of Mr. M. Pradeep Kumar, IAS, District Collector of Tiruchirappalli
During the conference, Mrs. Innocent Divya provided crucial recommendations and guidance to ensure the continued success of the "Naan Mudhalvan" scheme. She urged all colleges to actively engage with the program, stressing the importance of collaborative efforts in realizing the scheme's full potential.
The conference marks a significant step forward in the ongoing efforts to elevate the quality of education and skill development in Tamil Nadu.
Naan Mudhalvan Examination
As per the direction of the Department of Higher Education Bharathidasan University, successfully conducted odd semester (3 and 5) 2024 examination from 4th to 15th October 2024 for Six Naan Mudhalvan skill development courses.
Conduct of Hackathon
We have conducted final round of Hackathon for five different subjects during 8th to 24th October 2024 in this program 500 students were participated.
