Functions of the Cell

The Students Counselling and Grievance Redressal Cell acts as an Information Centre and guide the students to meet out their academic needs

Touch Screen Kiosks with web linked was installed through which the visitors access the details on Courses, Examination Schedule, Results and other activities of the University

Through ‘Thatkal’ system Degree Certificate and Transcripts are issued within 4 hours

Applications are sold for Ph.D., M.Phil., PG, Diploma and Certificate Programmes

M. Phil. & Ph.D. Research Advership Application are also issued

Telephonic Information Service is also rendered through the cell

The Students Counselling and Grievance Redressal Cell functions on Saturdays to disseminate information

Visitors Pass is issued to restrict the entry of the visitors to various sections of the administrative building

Details of the problems addressed by the cell

Controller of Examination’s Section grievances like Marks and Result discrepancies are also forwarded to the concerned section. Revaluation, Retotalling and Transparency applications are also issued through the cell. Registrar’s section grievances like Migration Certificate, Eligibility Certificate, Transfer of Admission, Re-Admission, Re-doing, Scholarship Applications, etc., are issued, processed and forwarded to the section.
