About the Event

The Indian Social Science Academy (ISSA) is pleased to announce its 46th session of Indian Social Science Congress, hosted by Bharathidasan University from 27th to 31st January 2023 at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. The focal theme is "75 Years of Swaraj India".

Research papers from research scientists, thinkers, philosophers, social activists, policy planners and those interested in all domains of knowledge inter alia science, social science etc., are invited on the focal theme or any aspect of Science of Nature-Human-Society for the Discipline-based Research Committees and Interdisciplinary Thematic Panels.

  • Last date for Submission of Full Papers – December 25, 2022
  • Last date for registration without Late Fee – January 15, 2023

Specifications for Research Papers

  • Full Paper : 5000 - 7000 Words.
  • Abstract : 500 - 700 Words
  • Language : English / Hindi / Tamil
  • Only abstracts have to be submitted first and Full Papers have to be submitted
    on receipt of provisional acceptance from the General Secretary.
