It offers Professional Development Courses (PDC) such as Soft Skill Development, LAMP, Perl Programming and Python Programming, Ruby on Rails Programming, .Net Framework Technologies for student betterment.

Bharathidasan University Technology Park (BUTP)

The Department is one and only in the State which is attached with Technology Park. The students are permitted to work in the companies after the Classes hours.

Incubation and Technology Transfer Centre

The Department has unique centre known as Incubation and Technology Transfer Centre to promote students’ entrepreneurship skills during the course of the programme.

Research Consortium of Computer Science (RCCS)

The Research Consortium of Computer Science (RCCS) is functioning in the Department which caters to the benefit of the research scholars in Computer Science and related areas. The scholars / students from all affiliated college of our University can get benefitted.
