Chit Chat Club

Students themselves organize the 'Chit-Chat Club', a weekly meet of scientific exchange in the form of debates, quizzes and short presentations. Interdepartmental science meet - Talanton '07 was organized by the students of chit-chat club during 2007. Annual intercollegiate talents meet - 'Cenitterz '08' was also organized by the students of Chi-Chat Club. More than 350 students of Life Sciences from the colleges affiliated to the Bharathaidasan University were participated during 2008 competition. Several events like quiz, block and tackle, pot-pourri, art from waste, facial art, poster presentation, fun with words and various competitions related to life sciences have been included.

Students who have completed their M.Sc. & Ph.D are well settled in various respectable positions within the country and abroad. Even after the completion of the courses the students are reunited by the Alumni Association and they exchange their views with their Alma mater.
