மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் வழிகாட்டலின்படி, மாணவர் சேர்க்கைக்காகவும் மற்றும் இதர காரணங்களுக்காகவும் பாரதிதாசன் பல்கலைக்கழகத்திற்கு வருகை தரும் மாணவ, மாணவியர், பெற்றோர் மற்றும் பொதுமக்களுக்கு, பல்கலைக்கழகத்தால் வழங்கப்படும் பட்டப்படிப்புகள், பட்டமேற்படிப்புகள், ஆராய்ச்சிப்படிப்புகள், மாணவர் சேர்க்கை பற்றிய விவரங்கள் அனைத்தையும் வழங்குவதற்காக இந்த உதவி மையம் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும், துறை அலுவலகங்களின் அமைவிடம், தனியர்களின் கோரிக்கை தொடர்பாக எந்த அலுவலரை அணுகுவது, அலுவலக நடைமுறைகள், தனியர்களின் கோரிக்கைகள் தொடர்பான முன்னேற்றம் போன்ற விவரங்களை ஒரே இடத்தில் தெரிந்து கொள்ள ஏதுவாக இம்மையம் செயல்படும். மாணவ, மாணவியருக்கு வெளிப்படையான, பதிலளிக்கக்கூடிய மற்றும் அணுகுவதற்கு எளிமையான ஒரு சூழலை ஏற்படுத்தும் விதமாக இந்த உதவி மையம் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

This Help Desk system has been implemented to support the the students, parents and general public who visit Bharathidasan University to seek information or details about the admission procdures or for anyother reasons. The Help Desk has been established to create a transparent, responsive and accessible environment for the students parents and General Public. To make the above services widely accessible to the stakeholders, this the service is being delivered via multiple channels – in person, through phone, this web portal and email. The details asked or grievances filed by any of these methods get routed to the responsible office via a single point of contact. This is being done with the goal of making the grievance redressal process integrated and inclusive, thus benefiting students/stakeholders through speedy resolution of their grievance(s).
